The vegetarian Impossible Burger

Yesterday I had the opportunity to try a plant-based burger that is famous for “bleeding”. Meaning, you can order a medium-rare burger and it will actually look like a beef burger that is red as rare inside.

This amazing food invention is made by Impossible Foods and they are doing some good work here in creating a sustainable burger. From their web site:

Because we use 0% cows, the Impossible Burger uses a fraction of the Earth’s natural resources. Compared to cows, the Impossible Burger uses 95% less land, 74% less water, and creates 87% less greenhouse gas emissions.

They are currently being served in several restaurant locations throughout the country, so I definitely recommend trying one.
